THE HEART BEHIND EKACHAKRA
Namaste — I'm Usha
I am the person behind Ekachakra Wellbeing — a lifelong vegetarian, plant-based chef, spiritual seeker and practitioner of Bhakti Yoga.
For more than a decade, I have been exploring, preparing and sharing plant-based food. But my relationship with food goes much deeper than cooking. For as long as I can remember, food has been my language of care.
I have always believed that nourishing food should not be complicated, exclusive or expensive. Eating well should be joyful, wholesome, affordable and within everyone's reach.

MY STORY
Food as an expression of care. Life as a journey of consciousness
My own journey has been deeply influenced by Sattvic living, Ayurveda, yoga and spiritual wisdom. These teachings have helped me understand that wellbeing is not simply about what we eat. It is also about how we live, how we think, how we rest, how we connect with others and how we care for the world around us.
A simple, conscious way of living has been an important part of my own approach to maintaining wellbeing and reducing my reliance on medicines. At the same time, I believe that everyone's body and circumstances are different, and that appropriate medical care has an important place when it is needed.

Over the years, I have experienced how small everyday choices can create meaningful changes — choosing fresh, nourishing food, eating mindfully, following the rhythms of nature, practising yoga, nurturing loving relationships and developing an attitude of gratitude and service.
This is what I want to share through Ekachakra Wellbeing.
My desire now is to create greater awareness around plant-based nourishment and conscious, Sattvic living and to make this wisdom practical for modern life.Through cooking, education, workshops, conversations and community, I hope to inspire people to discover that healthy living can be simple, delicious, affordable and deeply nourishing.
But more than anything, I want to create a caring and conscious community — a space where we learn from one another, share what we know, support each other and grow together.Because I believe wellbeing is not just about becoming healthier as individuals.
It is about becoming more conscious, more caring and more connected — together.
